06 Anyone who crosses boundaries is removed and banned. Wer Grenzen missachtet, fliegt raus und bekommt Hausverbot.

Step 1 We listen and get you somewhere safe. Wir hören dir zu und bringen dich in Sicherheit.
Step 2 We decide with you: de-escalate, stay with you, or call security. Wir entscheiden mit dir: deeskalieren, begleiten oder Security.
Step 3 We write down only what is needed. Wir notieren nur das Nötigste.
Step 4 Then we act, up to a house ban. Danach folgen Konsequenzen, bis zum Hausverbot.
